How to set the heating time of glass tempering furnace?

1.The heating time of the glass tempering furnace needs to vary according to the actual situation. Different sizes of single glass sheets and the number of sheets placed in each furnace will have a significant impact on the heating time. Therefore, appropriate adjustments need to be made according to the actual situation during operation.

2.For glass with large size, the heating time should be relatively longer; When the shape of the glass panel is close to a square, we recommend using a low-temperature delayed heating method.

3. It should be considered that the heat absorption process of glass in the heating furnace gradually transfers from the edge of the glass to the middle. If the heating time is too short, it will cause insufficient heat absorption in the middle of the glass. The glass will be easy broken when come out from the heating oven. and the whole glass will be spherical after tempering.
