How to replace the insulation plate materials inside heating oven of glass tempering furnace

Application: as the filling materials in the heating oven for heat preservation of glass tempering furnace
Materials: High aluminum plate as hard type for surface layers
                Ceramic fiber as soft type for inner layers
Classification temperature: 1260, 1425, 1500,1600 degree

For soft insulation materials:

Sheet size: 1200x1000x50mm

Density: 250-300 KG/M3

Quantity: 25 Pcs per box

GW: About 400 kgs per box

For hard high aluminum plate:

Sheet size: 1000x600x10mm

Density: 250-300 KG/M3

Quantity: 22 Pcs per box

GW: About 55 Kgs per box

The method to replace the insulating plate

(the first layer for top oven)

1. pls disassemble all the heaters at the top of oven. When you remove the heaters, pls be careful to remove the heaters, especially its ceramic tubes and suspension legs.

2. if your original insulating plate is 20mm, pls use the same thickness when you make the replacement. You could put two 10mm together.

3. at the top of oven, the fist layer consists of many single pieces. It was installed one piece by one piece. (pls see the below picture 1). if you want to remove the top oven from the machine, I mean you disassemple the top oven from the machine, and put the top oven on the ground, you could take all the first layers out one time, and install the new first layers one time.

4. if you don’t want remove the top oven from the machine, you should replace the single piece one by one. As you could see in the picture 1, one single piece was be fixed by four screws. When you make the replacement, you should remove one single piece, then install the new single piece, then fix it with the screws. Then go for replacing another single piece. Don’t replace three pieces or more. Because we are afraid the second insulating would fall down (maybe).

5. for the insulating plate at the side of oven, you could replace them one time.

Maybe it is not easy for you to replace it. And during the replacement, maybe there is some heaters (heaters’ tube, suspension legs) damaged. If you don’t think you could make the replacement, we could send our engineers to make it. Also, pls check if the Schengen Visa is suitable for Bulgaria or not.
