3.1.but in general, when you produce the heat-strengthened glass, you should make heating time lower 5%-10% than the value for tempered glass;

3.2.also make the air pressure lower 50%-60% than the value for tempered glass. for example, if the heating time for tempered glass is 100%, for  heat-strengthened glass, the heating time is about 95-90%, and the air pressure is 50%40%.

3.3.then you should adjust the heating time and air pressure according to the glass quality (broken size).
