How To Solve The Problems in The Production of Laminated Glass Using Vacuum Silicone Bags

3. The air humidity is high, and there is moisture on the glass,,

5. When making glass, the vacuum pump needs to work straight to vacuum it

6. Insufficient thickness of EVA film

In addition, some silicone bags may not be easy to open and close at the beginning of use, but after a period of use, heating and several uses will make it easier to open and close. But it won't be easy to open and close, because if it's too easy to open and close, the sealing performance will be affected.

Another reason may be that the silicone bag has been stored for too long, causing it to deform slightly. It may be difficult to open and close when starting to use, but it will improve after a period of use
