for the air hose for bending section of automotive glass tempering furnace, now, in China, for most manufacturer, they use the rubber+steel wire+cloth type . there is no very special new materials for this air hose.
but for many automotive glass manufacturer, they add one kevlar cloth at the outside of rubber air hose, with this solution, the service life could be longer. you can consider this way
Also we have the EPDM material, it is better than rubber material, but little expensive
Also, we have silicon material, it has longer service lifer, but the cost is very high, so very few manufacturer or customer use this silicon type air hose.
