What is the precautions for heating up the glass tempering furnace?

1. Check if the driving belt/conveyor rollers working well or not?.

2. Check the ceramic rollers inside the glass tempering furnace, there should be no any glass or pieces of glass, and clean the dust and oil on the conveyor rollers.

3. Check if there is any air nozzle of quenching blocked or not, and pls replace the kevlar rope which wrapped onto the quenching rollers in a timely manner if it is damaged.

4. Check whether the operation of the air compressor and the readings of various pressure gauges are normal or not.

5. Before heating up, a comprehensive inspection of the heating system is required.

6. In theory, the slower the temperature rise of the glass tempering furnace, the better. When resuming production, the first temperature rise of the tempering furnace is carried out at a rate of 50-100 ℃ per hour, and it is expected to reach the working temperature in 6-8 hours.

7. For force convection type glass tempering furnace, pls be sure the the high-temperature fan is working well when heating up.

8. After the temperature of the glass tempering furnace rises to the working temperature and is insulated for a while, production can begin.

For Lever glass tempering furnace, we have some special features:

1. Adopting PID for temperature control, which has the better anti-interference function and higher temperature-control precision.

2. Equal three phase power consumption during automatic heating up period; avoiding phase no-equal during no-heating period automatically.

3. The fine-adjustment for oven temperature could be achieved by fine-adjusting the temperature of every heating element.

4. During the night, the furnace can stay at sleep mode around 500-550 degrees celcius and preheating takes place before the start of the shift in the morning so that the furnace is ready for production
