What information needs to be provided to the manufacturer before ordering a glass tempering furnace?

For the customer, when you confirm the order, but before production, the glass tempering furnace manufacturer need to know the following information:

1. what is the power supply for this machine? 3PHASE, ?V, ?HZ? The power is very important. It should be considered when design. All the motors should be designed and made according to the power supply with different voltage and frequency.

2. what is the machine operation direction? It is better to make a draft drawing to show the operation direction, such as loading table, heating section, cooling section, and unloading table, and where is the wall? (when you face to the machine, pls check the operation direction is from left to right? or from right to left?)

3. where is the blower location? does the customer want to put the blower at the top of cooling section (which could save some space), or the customer want to put the blower at the side of machine? this is very important

4. could the customer make the ground pit under the heating section? with the ground pit, it is very easy to install the machine, and it is very easy to make the maintenance in future. but if the customer don't want to make this ground pit, it is ok. we will install the heaters from the side. so pls check with the customer if they want to make the ground pit or not. pls see the attached sample picture for the ground pit. if they want to make the ground pit, we will send them the ground pit drawing.

5. pls check what is the altitude (sea level) of the customer's city. If the altitude is very high (more than 1500 meters), the blower should be specially designed and made. Otherwise, there is no enough air pressure.
