Glass drilling (holing) machines, glass hole-making machines and glass CNC processing centers all need drilling bits. How to use them better and extend the service life of drill bits should please pay attention to the following points:

1. For the drilling bit of diameters 4mm-50mm, the minimum rotation speed shall not be less than 2800 rpm.

2. When all drilling bits are in use, the feed rate is between 0.6mm and 0.8mm per second from 20 holes.

After 20 holes, the speed should be appropriately accelerated according to the actual use conditions, and the fastest should not exceed 2mm per second.

3. When using all drilling bits, water must be passed through the center of the them. The water pressure must be high enough to ensure the cooling of the drilling bit and the removal of glass powder during use to prevent the drilling bit from burning due to lack of water or insufficient water pressure.

4. The diameters of our company's drilling bits are 4mm-40mm. After adjusting the optimal rotation speed and feed speed, there is basically no need to sharpen it during use and can be used directly. If there is any problem, the drilling hole will explode during use. If it is not sharp, you can use a 120#-140# white corundum grinding wheel and re-sharpen it for continued use.
