Successful installation for glass tempering furnace in Oman

At the end of Oct., 2023, Lever sent one flat glass tempeirng furnace to Oman, and the at the end of Nov. 2023, the customer received the machines in their facotry. And once the customer receive the glass tempering furnace, Lever sent our engineers for installation immediately to avoid any delay.

During Dec., the engineers made the installation, debugging,trainings for about 30 days. Only after the operator could operate the machine well, our engineers come back to China.

Mahine: flat glass tempering furnace

Max. Glass size: 2440x3660mm

Glass thickness: 4-19mm

Heating technology: force convection system at top of heating oven

With this system, the tempering furnace could temper soft Low-e glass with min. E value 0.01.

Blower power: 250KW. For middle east market, we always equip a littble bigger blower to guarantee the enough air pressure.

Ceramic roller brand: Vesuvius, France brand

Blower inverter: Siemens
