1. Preparation work: Ensure a clean environment around the glass tempering furnace, and check for debris inside the furnace to ensure safe operation.

2. Cleaning glass: Clean the glass to be processed thoroughly, ensuring that the surface is free of dust, oil, and other debris to avoid affecting the processing quality.

3. Placing glass: Place the cleaned glass on the conveyor belt of the glass tempering furnace, ensuring that the glass is centered and stable.

4. Setting parameters: According to the required processing requirements, use the control panel or computer system to set appropriate parameters such as heating temperature, time, and cooling speed.

5. Heating stage: Start the glass tempering furnace and start the heating stage. The heating elements inside the furnace will heat up and transfer heat to the glass surface, gradually raising the glass temperature to the set heating temperature.

6. Tempering stage: After the glass reaches the set heating temperature, maintain it for a period of time to make the internal temperature of the glass uniform and reach the tempering temperature. During this process, the surface of the glass is rapidly heated while the internal temperature remains relatively low.

7. Cooling stage: After heating is completed, start the cooling system, ventilate or spray water to cool the glass surface. Rapid cooling can cause compressive stress to form on the surface of glass, thereby improving its strength and impact resistance.

8. Completion of processing: After cooling is completed, take out the processed glass and conduct quality inspection. Ensure that there are no cracks, deformations, or other issues with the glass.
