Kevlar Aramid Rope
High-temperature resistant roller rope is made of twisting woven aramid 1414(para-aramid). The advantage of aramid is high pressure resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, etc.
Where To Use It
High temperature Kevlar rope is spirally wrapped on glass tempering furnace quench rollers for glass conveying. During the thermal tempering process, glass is heated up in the oven and then output after quick chilling in the quench section. Our Kevlar rope is wrapped on the rollers to prevent the still hot glass from touching cold metal rollers to cause crack and scratch.

The silk Kevlar roller rope is made of aramid filament fiber, it is with high abrasion resistant property and widely used by architectural glass manufacturers.
2. Yarn Kevlar
The yarn Kevlar rope is made of aramid spun fiber, it is with soft surface and widely used by auto glass manufacturers and high end glass manufacturers.
