How to print company Logo or words onto tempered glass?

For most glass processing factory, they need to show their company logo, or some words, like “tempered glass” onto the surface of tempered glass.

But for some new factory, they don’t know how to print this logo or words.

The logo of tempered glass is screen printed before tempering

1. First, make a template with the pattern you need, and then brush it onto the glass with ink.

2. After high-temperature baking in the tempering furnace, it is sufficient. The ink used for screen printing is high-temperature ink, which usually needs to be baked at a high temperature of 300-720 degrees to melt into the glass.

If dry ink is used, the markings printed on tempered glass can be scraped off.

If water-based ink is used, the mark cannot be erased and can only be washed off with strong acidic chemicals such as hydrofluoric acid, but there will still be marks.
