How to clean the ceramic roller of glass tempering furnace

Here, we would like to give you the guide suggestion on how to clean the ceramic rollers of tempering furnace.

1. Please take off the ceramic rollers carefully from oven
2. Use water sandpaper (namely, waterproof abrasive paper, which  grit number is 800-1000#) to swab rollers. 
3. Clean rollers with water, we strongly suggest you to use the purified water. Atten: Do keep water out of metal parts at roller heads. 
4.  Wipe rollers with soft cloth  Atten: Do keep water out of metal parts at roller heads.
5. Dry rollers in air, then install them to machines carefully.
6. take 1-2 pieces of glass, with some SO2 powder (in English, SO2 means sulfur dioxide, you can make solid state so2 to powder state), to surface of glass, just make one or two piece of glass like normal production, then the cleaning work finish
