How to change the blower location from side to top of glass tempering furnace?

if you want to change the blower location from side to top, the main work as below:

1. you should change the direction of blower volute (change to 90 degree). you should cut off the support of blower volute, change the blower volute to 90 degree and weld the support well. and during this process, you have to guarantee the center of volute air-inlet is not changed. you need the good welder.

2. you should change the air-let direction fo the air collector. first, you should block the air-let hole at the side of air collector, and open the air-let hole at the top of air collector.

3. but we have to tell you,  because the air collector structure was designed for the blower at the side of machine, after you change the blower to the top of machine, it is not easy for you to adjust the glass flatness. i mean, if the glass flatness is not good, after this change, it is diffculity to adjust it, maybe you need more time to adjust it.
