How to build blower room for blowers of glass tempering furnace?

For the glass tempering furnace, the biggest noise is from the blower. If you have enough space, we suggest you to put the blowers at the outside of workshop and build one blower room. Then it could reduce the noise greatly.

Here, we would like to give you some suggestions for how to build the blower room.

1.for the blower room size, you could make it according to your site size and our drawing.

2. for the construction, if possible, we suggest you to build it with bricks and concrete, it will be more strong for safety.

3. inside the blower room, in order to reduce the noise, you could pin some wooden strips on the wall, between the two wooden strips, you could fill some sound-proof material, such as the sponges, etc. then put the light mesh steel fabric onto the wooden strips and sponges to cover them. or you could pin some composite boards onto the wooden strips, but you should make some small holes in the composite boards to improve the sound-proof function.

4. pls make one window for the blower, this could get enough air from outside
