The thermal resistant textiles is appled as a buffer layer between hot soft glass and tools to prevent the optical defeat and scratches.Thermal resistant textiles is made of stainless steel fiber which provides excellent machincal properties, especially impact durability and flexibilty, and air permeability in about 700℃ circumstance.

The metal fiber knitted fabric is widely used as a separate or buffer material in auto glass bending processes. Thus, the quality of the fabric is highly related to the quality of the glass.
However, the development and production of the fabric is a complicated technology involving metal material science and textiles engineering. A comprehensive ability is the key for producing the fabric because the knowledge will be applied to designed the fabric with better thermal resistance, lifetime and optical enhancing ability.
1. Knitting Fabric: 100% 316L Stainless Steel Fiber Fabric
Stainless steel fiber thermally conductive mold cloth is a weft-knitted fabric made of 100% stainless steel fiber. Thermal conductive mold cloth has the characteristics of softness, thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance. It is mainly used for buffering and protecting the surface of the windshield during the molding process, and as a covering material for the molding mold. Prevents mold marks on glass while acting as a buffer at high temperatures.
2. Net Tape: 100% 316L Stainless Steel Fiber or 70% 316L Stainless Steel Fiber + 30% PBO Fiber
