Guide for disassembling glass tempering furnace, and how to disassemble the old second hand used glass tempering machine?

For some customers, if they don’t want the old glass tempering furnace machine and they need to disassemble this machine to sell to other customers.

Or some time, for some customers, they need to move the old glass tempering machine furnace to another place. So now, they need to know how to disassemble the glass tempering furnace.

Here, we would like to give them some advices according to our experience. Of course, if the customer want, we can send our engineers to do the disassemble and reinstall the glass tempering furnace.

Notice:

1. Each section is a whole unit, pls do not disassemble it

2. Firstly, the disassembling sequence is from loading table, heating section, cooling section, unloading section, pls disassemble section by section, and pls find the cables (wires) of each section along the equipment into the cabinet, and remove them at the terminals in the cabinet.  And mark them, then pull them out and tie them on each section (tie them onto the machine).

3. The mechanical connection screws of each section do not need to be disassembled, which is convenient for loading into the truck;

4. The ceramic roller should be removed and packed into the wooden case;

5. The main thing is to remove the wires one by one. The wires are all removed from this end in the cabinet. Mark both ends before removing the wires to facilitate the next installation and wiring. After removing, pls tie them onto the corresponding machine section.

6. You can also mark the terminals where the wires are removed in the cabinet, which wire corresponds to which terminal on the mark, and do not remove both ends of the wire

7. when disassemble the wires of computer, pls make marks which connection port corresponds to the PLC, and which port corresponds to the communication module for temperature measurement

And you should disassemble each section, there are some bolts to connect each section, pls remove these bolts, and the others are same

But for the wire connection, you can remove some wires, but should mark them out clearly, so in future you can connect it easily
